In my years of practicing Chiropractic, I have seen probably 1000’s of people with low back pain of either an acute or chronic nature. More often than not, even those that just recently started having low back pain have some sort of biomechanical problem that has been working it’s way toward getting their attention.
In fact, I would say that the vast majority of people that complain of low back pain tell me that they “get this every once in a while”.
Usually low back pain comes from one primary source before anything else starts up. Get that taken care of and you will prevent future problems.
